Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at AceBears, your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our software products.

Define and execute the product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to our products.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Independence in work and monitoring industry trends is an additional requirement for this position.
Familiarity with development is considered a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
